Ingredients
- 2 beets
- 1 piece fresh ginger (to taste)
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 2 red apples
- 1 bag carrots
- 1 bunch kale
- 4 oranges
Instructions
Wash and prep all produce. Peel 2 beets, 4 oranges, and ginger.
Cut 4 Granny Smith apples, 2 red apples, and beets into chunks that fit your juicer.
Juice all ingredients: beets, ginger, apples, carrots, kale, and oranges.
Stir well to combine and serve fresh.
Tips
- Adjust ginger to taste—start with a 1-inch piece and add more for extra kick.
- The beets will stain everything, so clean your juicer promptly.
- Best served fresh, but keeps refrigerated for 24–48 hours.
