🧛 Vampire Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 beets
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (to taste)
  • 4 Granny Smith apples
  • 2 red apples
  • 1 bag carrots
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 4 oranges

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep all produce. Peel 2 beets, 4 oranges, and ginger.

  2. Cut 4 Granny Smith apples, 2 red apples, and beets into chunks that fit your juicer.

  3. Juice all ingredients: beets, ginger, apples, carrots, kale, and oranges.

  4. Stir well to combine and serve fresh.


Tips

  • Adjust ginger to taste—start with a 1-inch piece and add more for extra kick.
  • The beets will stain everything, so clean your juicer promptly.
  • Best served fresh, but keeps refrigerated for 24–48 hours.
