🍪 Monster Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1⅛ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1⅛ cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ tsp corn syrup
  • ¾ tsp vanilla
  • 1½ tsp baking soda
  • 4½ cups uncooked oats (or more)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet.

  2. Cream together ½ cup butter, 1⅛ cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1⅛ cup brown sugar, 3 eggs, ¾ tsp corn syrup, ¾ tsp vanilla, and 1½ tsp baking soda until well combined.

  3. Stir in 4½ cups oats, 1 cup chocolate chips, and 1 cup M&M’s. Add more oats if dough is too soft.

  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes until edges are set but centers still look slightly underdone.

  6. Cool on pan for a few minutes before transferring.


Tips

  • These are flourless—the oats do all the work.
  • For giant cookies, use a ¼ cup scoop and bake a few minutes longer.
  • Don’t overbake; they firm up as they cool.
  • Freezes well as dough balls or baked cookies.
