Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1⅛ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⅛ cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¾ tsp corn syrup
- ¾ tsp vanilla
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 4½ cups uncooked oats (or more)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&M’s
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet.
Cream together ½ cup butter, 1⅛ cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1⅛ cup brown sugar, 3 eggs, ¾ tsp corn syrup, ¾ tsp vanilla, and 1½ tsp baking soda until well combined.
Stir in 4½ cups oats, 1 cup chocolate chips, and 1 cup M&M’s. Add more oats if dough is too soft.
Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes until edges are set but centers still look slightly underdone.
Cool on pan for a few minutes before transferring.
Tips
- These are flourless—the oats do all the work.
- For giant cookies, use a ¼ cup scoop and bake a few minutes longer.
- Don’t overbake; they firm up as they cool.
- Freezes well as dough balls or baked cookies.
